Yes, and there's no catch attached. We look at your books, tell you what we see, and quote a price. If you don't want to proceed, that's the end of it — no follow-up sequence, no pressure.
That's most of the people who contact us. Being months or years behind is a scheduling problem, not a character flaw, and there's no lecture attached. Cleanup starts at $200 per month you're behind, quoted before any work starts.
No. If you have access to your accounting software it makes the call more useful, and your last tax return helps. But you can turn up with nothing and just describe the problem.
Usually within a week of the call. Onboarding takes a couple of days to get access and review what's there, then we agree a start date.
Not at all, and it's a common starting point. Some people move everything across, others keep their CPA for filing and bring us in for bookkeeping and monthly reporting. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense — including when the answer is to stay where you are.
